Liz + George - A Wedding at the Museum of Women in the Arts || Documentary Wedding Photographers in Washington DC

I have often said that one of the great things that have come from my photography journey has been the creation of opportunities to meet really genuine people. Liz and George are a prime example of that. I remember when we met up for their engagement session and how easy it was to work with them. Liz is bursting with personality and George is soft spoken and chill, sort of like a man sized Teddy bear. When it came to their wedding it was just more of the same awesomeness. I loved working with them both and I wish them the best in their marriage as I look forward to see what the future has in store for them. Here are a few of my favorites from their wedding day.

Myra + Cordell - A Wedding at Saint Yves in Washington DC || African American Wedding Photographers

Myra and Cordell are two of my faves, we bonded over their consultation and became friends so when I showed up on the day of the wedding, I was just as excited to be there as any one of their other friends and family. Their wedding was action packed, lots of genuine emotions flying around. So much love in the room, it was a beautiful thing to see. Let get right to it, here are a some of my favorites from their wedding.

Liz + Ed - An Engagement Session at the National Portrait Gallery || Wedding Photographers in Washington DC

I had a fantastic time with Liz and Ed on their engagement session. They have two of the most bubbly and electric personalities that just make sessions soooooooooooooo easy!! We met up and the Portrait Gallery in DC and made some portraits how befitting :) Cant wait to photograph their wedding next year. Here are few of my favorites from their DC engagement session.
